While living in Charlotte, North Carolina, I spent a few years coaching a marathon running group with Ieva. During those long, early Saturday morning training runs, I met a lot of great friends and, even though being a photographer was just a dream job at that point, I joked to Ieva that she better call me whenever she gets engaged. We’ve since moved on to different places, kept in touch and then Todd, who is a fantastic guy, enters the picture. So, there we were, a little over four years later, shooting their wedding at the Ritz-Carleton in Beaver Creek and hiking around Maroon Bells in Aspen surrounded by some of the most spectacular backdrops we’ve ever seen. It’s crazy how much can change in just a few short years – I don’t think either of us could imagine our stories turning out better.
I think this is a real great blog post.Much thanks again. ebgdedeaekcd
